What are the dates that vehicles are permitted on the beach for fishing?
Approved vehicles are permitted on the beach from September 15th thru April 1st only after obtaining a permit through the Borough Licensing Clerk. For more information, contact the Licensing Clerk at (609) 967-5918.

What can the Borough do about noisy renters? Can they be evicted?
The Borough can respond to noise or behavior complaints by issuing citations for court appearances to the individuals involved. It can also cite the owners and for repeated violations, suspend the rental license. The Borough cannot evict tenants. That is a civil matter between landlord and tenant. Your best remedy is repeated complaints to the Avalon Police. Call 967-3411 for Police Dispatch.
