Check Payment Instructions

AHLOA membership prices are as follows:

$25 for 1 year

$45 for 2 years

$65 for 3 years

Instructions:

1. Make your check payable to “AHLOA“
2. Choose your term/price and make the check for the proper amount
3. Write your Avalon Street Address or AHLOA Member ID  in the Memo line to the left of your signature so we can locate your records
4. If this is a renewal payment, please include your personalized renewal form (whether or not you need to make changes to your data) in the envelope with your check
