Council took the following actions:

• The sole bid for the water meter replacement project in the amount of $2,380,412 from Leiniger Plumbing of Ocean City was approved

• Avalon will administer a grant of $571,000 from FEMA for equipping 13 municipalities of Cape May County with upgraded radios

• A Handicapped Parking Space was approved for 302 78th Street

Deputy Court Administrator Amber Oliver and Deputy Municipal Clerk Melissa Bakley were sworn in by the Mayor earlier this week.
