At the Wednesday, May 29th Avalon Borough Council meeting, Mr. Joe Rizzuto, Executive Director of the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority addressed the future of recycling with the many challenges that lie ahead. Mr. Rizzuto’s presentation is attached below.
