In addition to some brief AHLOA updates, the meeting will feature our guest speaker, Marilyn O'Donoghue from Compass Realty, who will discuss the current status of the real estate sales and rental market on 7 Mile Island and other important topics affecting Avalon property owners. Marilyn will also field questions from those in attendance.

Please join us in the 39th Street Tennuis Court building (250 39th St, Avalon, NJ 08202) across from the History Center. Our meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.  If you come early, you can meet and mingle with the AHLOA board members. The Arts and Seafood Festival at Surfside Park starts later this morning following our meeting.
