2019 Changes to Avalon Construction Rules

At their Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019 meeting, Avalon Borough Council held the 2nd public reading and associated public hearing, and subsequently adopted the ordinance changes that regulate construction activity in the Borough.  Following public meetings and dialogue with many affected parties throughout 2018, including AHLOA’s executive committee representing membership input, Borough Council made changes to various regulations stated in the Borough Code which now go into effect May 1st, 2019.
