On Saturday, July 10th, Matt Wolf, Avalon Beach Patrol Captain, and Kevin Scarpa, Avalon Rescue Squad Coordinator, spoke to AHLOA members who attended the monthly meeting in the Senior Center. Matt and Kevin spoke about their respective department’s mission, activities, procedures, and plans for the summer season.
