The following information was provided by Atlantic City Electric in a recent Media Alert.
As part of a a reliability project Atlantic City Electric is conducting along Route 9 to improve service to Cape May County customers, traffic delays can be expected between Avalon Boulevard and Sea Isle Boulevard. Lane closures and complete traffic stops can be expected, Monday through Saturday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The work is expected to be completed along this section of Route 9 by April 2021.
