The February 9th Planning/Zoning Board meeting had two items on the agenda:
The first was an application by Thomas Welsh for a subdivision of property located at 431 and 445 20th St. This is a conforming lot with a 120-foot frontage. The Applicant sought to subdivide the property into two conforming lots, one with a 70-foot frontage and the other with a 50-foot frontage. The subdivision was approved.
The second item on the agenda was an appeal of the Zoning Officer’s issuance of eight zoning nonconformities for three properties operated as one at 2108 Dune Drive. The Applicant was before the Board on this issue in October and November of last year. This hearing was temporarily stayed by the New Jersey Superior Court shortly before the meeting. The Board now is likely to request the Superior Court to dismiss the Applicant’s appeal.
