Meet Our Executive Committee Member - Ben Simone
Ben is married and he and his wife Toni currently live in Wyomissing, PA. He has three children, one of whom, Brent, owns property in Avalon, and three grandchildren. Ben is an entrepreneur specializing in marketing firms, and is currently President of Lease Associates, Inc., a real estate investment and development firm. Ben attended LaSalle College / St Joseph’s Prep and served in the US Marines. Thank you, Ben, for your service to our country. His diverse interests include family, reading, civic and community affairs, and general management.
Ben has been a member of AHLOA for seven years, has served as a Trustee for two years and has been a member of the Executive Committee for the past year. He initiated and staffed a 5-member AHLOA Public Relations Committee of which he is Chairman. Like so many others, Ben and Toni have enjoyed a lifestyle enhancement through many years of visiting Avalon. They are committed to AHLOA’s important work because they believe this is a “special place” … they want to keep it that way for future generations.

Meet Our Trustee – Francis (Trey) White
Trey and his wife, Christine, live in Erdenheim, PA along with their yellow lab, Tiller. Trey graduated with a BA from Wheaton College and a JD from Temple University School of Law. He currently is Vice-President of Corporate Development at SAP America where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, investments and divestitures.
Trey and Christine, who both enjoy traveling, have been coming to Avalon for years – her family are year-round residents. In late 2016 Trey and Christine purchased a home in Avalon and spent all of 2017 raising and renovating their little beach cottage. 2018 was spent enjoying their new home throughout the year which included going to the beach, bike riding around the island and paddle boarding. Trey enjoys fishing, particularly off-shore fishing for marlin and tuna. Trey joined AHLOA in the Fall of 2018 and jumped right in as a Trustee.
